In addition to the opening of the new Clubhouse, the construction of 37 Signature Apartments, luxury flats that also count with the design of RCR Arquitectes, has also started.
The company states that 40 percent of the sales of these apartments have already been secured off plan to national and international clients, while the construction of the Signature Villas has also begun, with completion planned for the summer of 2021.
The total investment in Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf reached €12 million in 2020.
